Each day it checks simple signals: trend (price vs its recent average), speed (RSI: a 0–100 “heat meter” for recent gains/losses), and short‑term jumps/drops. If risk‑on, it holds high‑octane tech funds (TQQQ=3x Nasdaq, SOXL=3x semis, UPRO=3x S&P). If choppy or risk‑off, it pivots to hedges (SQQQ/SH/UVXY=VIX), rate bets (TMF=3x long Treas., TMV=3x short), gold/energy, or managed‑futures (DBMF/CTA/KMLM). Rebalanced daily.
