This strategy checks the market every day. If the overall U.S. stock market looks healthy, it usually buys TQQQ, a fund that aims to magnify moves in the Nasdaq-100 (big tech-heavy companies) by 3x. If stocks have risen too fast, it switches to UVXY, a volatility fund meant to benefit when markets get shaky. If the market looks weak, it may buy beaten-down tech or stock funds for a rebound, or move into either an inverse Nasdaq fund (SQQQ) or long U.S. Treasury bonds (TLT) for defense.
