About
Mostly cash. When the Nasdaq-100 looks overheated, it makes a small, leveraged defensive bet (UVXY or short QQQ). Otherwise it keeps a tiny trend bet (long QQQ) or shorts Treasuries. All positions are small; ETFs are high risk; it rebalances daily.
Every day it decides between small, leveraged bets and cash:
1) If the Nasdaq-100 (QQQ) looks “too hot” on a 0–100 heat gauge of recent gains (RSI) >79, hold ~50% UVXY (benefits from volatility spikes) and 50% cash.
2) Else if QQQ jumped >5% in 3 days, hold ~25% SQQQ (3x inverse QQQ) and 75% cash.
3) Else if TQQQ (3x long QQQ) is above its 200‑day average (long‑term trend), hold ~12.5% TQQQ and 87.5% cash; otherwise ~12.5% TYO (3x inverse 7–10y Treasuries) and cash. Rebalances daily.
Cash-heavy, tactical hedge strategy using Nasdaq-heat signals and volatility ETFs to diversify an S&P portfolio and capture spikes. While out-of-sample returns lag the S&P, it offers diversification and potential protection in volatile regimes.
