About

Daily tactical mix: 75% normal + 25% 3x. Follows trend; in uptrends holds Nasdaq‑100 (~1.5x). When overheated, shifts to T‑bills and volatility. In downtrends, rotates among tech, S&P 500, Treasuries, or inverse Nasdaq.
NutHow it works
Two sleeves: 75% normal and 25% turbo (3x). It checks if the S&P 500 is above its 200‑day average. In uptrends it owns the Nasdaq‑100 (QQQ; TQQQ=3x). If things look “too hot” (10‑day RSI ~80), it parks in T‑bills (BIL) and a volatility fund (VIXY). In downtrends it buys tech (XLK/TECL) or the S&P 500 (SPY/UPRO) on sharp dips (RSI ~30), or, if weakness persists, it chooses long Treasuries (TLT) or inverse Nasdaq funds (PSQ/SQQQ). Rebalanced daily; typical net exposure ≈1.5x long in uptrends.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this strategy offers superior risk-adjusted upside vs the S&P 500: Sharpe ~2.40, Calmar ~5.63, and ~66% annualized return, powered by dynamic Nasdaq/tech exposure with hedges (VIXY/BIL) to navigate uptrends and downturns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
