About

Times the tech‑heavy Nasdaq‑100 using a 14‑day RSI: buys volatility after euphoric surges, buys 3x tech after sharp drops, and parks in T‑bills otherwise. Very high risk when invested; UVXY and 3x ETFs can swing and decay fast.
NutHow it works
It watches QQQ’s 14‑day RSI, a 0–100 gauge of how fast QQQ (a tech‑heavy index fund) has moved. If RSI > 80 (very hot), it buys UVXY (tends to rise when market volatility jumps). If RSI < 35 (very weak), it splits into TQQQ and TECL (both 3x tech exposure). Otherwise it holds BIL (T‑bills). It shifts only when these thresholds change.
CheckmarkValue prop
RSI-driven tactical strategy that shifts into 3x tech on weakness and into volatility on surges, with T-bill ballast. Out-of-sample: ~33% annualized return vs ~18% for the S&P, Calmar ~1.43—strong upside with higher drawdown risk.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
