It shifts 100% into one fund based on simple signals: - If QQQ (a big‑tech Nasdaq fund) looks extremely “hot” on a 10‑day speed/heat gauge (RSI), move to VIXY (a crash‑hedge tied to market fear). - If QQQ looks extremely “cold,” buy QLD (a 2× QQQ rebound play). - Otherwise, follow trend: if the US market (SPY) is below its 200‑day average, hold GLD (gold) when QQQ is weak, else VT (global stocks). If SPY is healthy, hold VT.
