Each day it checks QQQ (Nasdaq‑100). It uses a 10‑day RSI: a 0–100 gauge of how “hot” or “cold” recent price moves are (high=overheated, low=washed out). If RSI>79: 100% VIXY (a volatility fund that often rises when stocks fall). If RSI<30: 100% QLD (a 2× Nasdaq fund to ride a rebound). Otherwise: split equally into XLP (consumer staples), XLU (utilities), XLV (health care), and TLT (long‑term Treasuries). Rebalanced daily.
