About

A tactical, all‑in/all‑out Nasdaq‑100 timer. It buys QQQ/TQQQ in healthy trends and flips to PSQ/SQQQ when markets look hot, weak, or volatility spikes—using bond trends, semis momentum, dollar strength, and commodity volatility as cross‑checks.
NutHow it works
What it trades: QQQ (Nasdaq‑100), TQQQ (3× QQQ), PSQ/SQQQ (short QQQ). It also watches SPY (S&P 500), TLT (US Treasuries), SOXL (semis), UVXY (volatility), DBC (commodities), UUP (US$), BIL/IEF (bonds). Step 1: Read trends: if bonds (TLT) are rising vs their 200‑day average and stocks look healthy, it’s risk‑on; otherwise risk‑off. Step 2: Heat check: RSI (a 0–100 “hot/cold” score) and volatility (UVXY). Overbought → hedge/short; oversold → buy the dip (if bonds agree). Step 3: Confirm with semis, dollar, and commodities. Then go 100% into one ETF: QQQ/TQQQ in healthy trends; PSQ/SQQQ when weak or too “hot.” It fades big 1‑day spikes and buys deep weekly dips. Trades only when signals change.
CheckmarkValue prop
Tap Nasdaq upside with a regime-switching, trend-following strategy that goes long QQQ/TQQQ in bullish regimes and hedges with PSQ/SQQQ when risk spikes. Out-of-sample: ~71.7% annualized vs ~25.2% for SPY; Calmar 1.93; Sharpe ~1.22.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
