About

A Nasdaq-centric, regime-switching, momentum-based strategy that selects one Nasdaq ETF (or its levered/short counterpart) or a volatility/bond hedge based on momentum and RSI-style screens, then allocates 100% to that choice to ride rallies or defend against downturns.
NutHow it works
A Nasdaq-centered, rule-based system runs daily checks. When signals show Nasdaq is in an up mode, it selects a single Nasdaq-related ETF (like QQQ, TQQQ, SOXL) using momentum/RSI screens and puts 100% of capital there. If signals flip to risk-off or overextended, it rotates into hedges or defense (PSQ, SQQQ, UVXY, TMV, TL T, SPXU, etc.) guided by moving averages, RSI, and other momentum tests over multiple time windows. The result is a regime-based ladder: one asset at a time, switching to volatility/bonds when risk increases, with weights typically fully allocated to the chosen asset. Note: many sub-branches exist, but the core logic is regime -> best-performing Nasdaq-related asset -> full exposure, with defensive overlays as needed.
CheckmarkValue prop
Adaptive Nasdaq-focused strategy that rides rallies and switches to regime-based hedges. Out-of-sample annualized return ~71.7%, Sharpe ~1.22, Calmar ~1.93— offering stronger risk-adjusted upside versus the S&P amid changing markets.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
