About

Daily, rules‑driven “cash‑first” system. Sits in T‑Bills until markets are either clearly trending or briefly washed out, then takes short, targeted shots in 3x tech/semis (e.g., TQQQ/TECL/SOXL). Uses simple hot/cold and trend checks; may rotate to managed‑futures.
NutHow it works
- It uses a “heat meter” (RSI) to see if prices ran too hot or fell too fast. - If things look very hot, it parks in BIL/SHV (cash-like T‑Bills). - If things look washed out, it buys brief bounces in 3x tech/semis (TQQQ/TECL/SOXL) or similar. - In solid uptrends it rotates among 3x bulls; if trends weaken, it prefers BIL or managed‑futures (KMLM/DBMF). - Rebalances daily; most VIX trades were removed.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample metrics beat the S&P: higher Sharpe (2.74 vs 2.52), strong Calmar (8.45), and alpha (~0.76), with beta ~0.78. Cash-first stance; selective 3x tech bets on dips offer upside with disciplined risk.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
