This strategy adjusts how aggressive it is each day based on the health of the U.S. stock market—especially big tech. If the market is in a strong long-term uptrend, it mainly buys QQQ (big Nasdaq stocks) and TQQQ (a turbocharged version of QQQ). If the market looks overheated, it steps aside into BIL (cash-like T-bills) and VIXY (a fund that can rise when fear spikes). If the market is weaker, it sometimes buys beaten-down tech or the S&P 500 for a rebound, and other times shifts into TLT (long Treasury bonds) or funds that rise when the Nasdaq falls.
