Each day it checks market “trend” and “temperature.” If stocks are rising and calm, it presses the gas with high‑octane tech/semiconductors (3x ETFs). If things look overheated (RSI: a simple hot/cold gauge of recent up vs down days) or volatile, it cuts risk, shifts to Treasuries, cash‑like T‑Bills, dollar, gold—or even uses volatility or 3x inverse funds. It rotates into the strongest choices within each group.
