A fast, tactical strategy. It rides tech/semis in uptrends, hedges when markets look overheated, and “catches” extreme dips across sectors, metals, bonds, and Bitcoin using leveraged ETFs. Very high risk and complexity.
NutHow it works
1) Decide if the market is healthy: is the S&P 500 (SPY) above its 200‑day average? If yes → Bull; if no → Bear. 2) In Bull: ride winners (3x S&P 500, Nasdaq, tech, semis). If the market looks overheated short term, temporarily hedge with volatility ETFs (UVXY/VIXY). 3) In Bear: favor hedges/shorts/defensives more often. 4) At any time, if a sector/asset looks extremely washed‑out (very weak recent readings or huge drops), buy its leveraged bull (or use inverse if it’s extremely hot) to catch a bounce. 5) Keep tiny slices in cash‑like T‑bills, gold, and long Treasuries.
