Own QQQ when trend is up (SPY above its 200‑day average). RSI (a 0–100 “speedometer” of recent moves) guides timing: >~80 = too hot → add VIX hedges (UVXY/VXX/VIXY/VIXM) or gold; <~30 = washed out → buy QQQ. If volatility surges, step up hedges (UVXY/UVIX, BTAL/USMV), sometimes hold cash (BIL) or short QQQ (PSQ). KMLM (managed‑futures trend fund) filters macro regime: weak → tighter risk; strong → more QQQ. Rebalanced daily.
