About 80% rides simple signals: dollar trend, bond strength vs cash, and whether the S&P 500 looks hot or cold. That sleeve flips among semiconductors, gold, commodities, and T‑bills, with a small XLY/XLV overlay. The other ~20% is a semiconductor swing: short semis if they look too hot; otherwise go long semis when bonds look stronger than high‑beta stocks; else fall back to the core rules.
