This strategy is a very aggressive market-timing system built mostly around semiconductor stocks. It watches the overall market, chip stocks, interest rates, and market fear. If chip stocks or tech look strong, it usually buys boosted bullish funds like SOXL. If markets look overheated or start falling hard, it may switch to bearish funds like SOXS/SQQQ or fear-based funds like UVXY. In calmer or uncertain periods, it can briefly hide in safer bond funds.
