About

A very aggressive, semiconductor‑centric strategy that flips between 3x bull/bear ETFs, adds VIX hedges when markets look overheated or plunge, and uses bond/commodity signals to switch between offense and defense. Daily, high risk.
NutHow it works
It’s a daily, high‑octane plan that mostly rides semiconductor stocks. It flips between SOXL (a fund that aims to triple chip stocks’ up moves) and SOXS (triple down) and sometimes TQQQ (triple Nasdaq). It adds a “fear” fund (UVXY) when markets look overheated or after sudden spikes. Simple gauges guide it: RSI (a 0–100 too‑hot/too‑cold meter), moving averages (trend), and bond clues (short vs long Treasuries; TLT trend) to choose offense (SOXL/TECL/TQQQ) or defense (SOXS/SQQQ/TMF/TMV/UVXY).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this strategy delivered 48.66% annualized returns with strong risk-adjusted metrics (Calmar 1.23, Sharpe 0.91), outperforming the S&P on upside through tech/semis and volatility hedges—though it carries higher drawdown risk.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
