It first checks trend (S&P 500 vs 200‑day line) and fear (UVXY, a fund that jumps when stocks fall). If trend is up and fear is low, it rides 3x tech/semis (TQQQ, TECL, SOXL), buying dips and trimming after spikes. If fear rises or trend weakens, it shifts to cash‑like Treasuries (BIL, BSV, SHY) or briefly uses 3x shorts (SQQQ, SOXS). A K‑Wave chip‑stock module refines these switches.
