A defensive market-timing strategy built around TQQQ. It chases tech when conditions look favorable, steps into cash-like T-bills when risk rises, and occasionally uses volatility or inverse funds during extreme stress.

This strategy is mainly a timing system for a high-octane tech fund, TQQQ. It wants to own TQQQ when markets look healthy or washed out and likely to rebound. It checks for 4 things: short-term overheating, sharp selloffs, whether tech is above its recent trend, and whether bonds are acting stronger than stocks. If danger is high, it moves to BIL (a cash-like Treasury fund). In rare cases it uses UVXY or PSQ to benefit from market fear, or URTY for a small-company rally.
