If markets look weak or overbought, it shifts to T‑Bills (BIL/SGOV), Treasurys (TLT), defensive sectors (XLU/XLP), hedges (PSQ/SQQQ/UVXY), gold/miners, or managed‑futures (DBMF). It picks the best sleeve and sizes it by volatility. RSI: a 0–100 gauge of speed of recent moves; below ~30 = “washed out,” above ~70–80 = “overheated.” KMLM: a managed‑futures ETF used as a trend diversifier/barometer versus stocks; if KMLM is stronger, the plan prefers diversifiers over pure tech beta.
