Three slices test whether the S&P 500 is trending using price vs its 50/100/200‑day averages. RSI = short‑term hot/cold gauge (0–100). For each slice in an uptrend, it buys the trend (UPRO/TQQQ = 3x S&P/Nasdaq; SSO = 2x S&P), guided by 12>26‑day EMA momentum. If price gets very “hot” (RSI≳79), it hedges with volatility funds (UVXY/VIXY) or steps back. If very “cold” (RSI≲30), it buys the dip. If trends fail, it parks in cash/bonds/gold (BIL, VGIT/BSV, GLD). Rebalanced daily.
