This strategy splits money in two. Half goes into a cautious bucket that usually favors Costco and UnitedHealth, but moves into short-term Treasury bills (BIL) if those stocks look overheated or the broad market is dropping hard. The other half is a fast-moving tech bucket. It may buy TQQQ (a 3x bet on big tech), SOXL (a 3x bet on chip stocks), UVXY (a fear/volatility trade), or hide in BIL, depending on whether tech looks strong, oversold, or dangerously volatile.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
