It’s a rules-based “buy the dip + ride the trend” plan. It watches a 10‑day heat gauge (RSI) on tech (TQQQ) and the S&P 500 (SPY). If tech looks overheated, it hedges (volatility + defensive staples). If markets look washed out, it buys a levered rebound, paired with staples. Otherwise, 70% rotates into the 4 strongest trends (vs their 150‑day average) across stocks, sectors, bonds, gold, dollar, commodities, etc. The other 30% trend-times long Treasuries (TMF) or short (TMV).
