About

A fast, rules‑based trader: rides tech uptrends with leveraged ETFs, then quickly shifts to hedges (volatility, inverse, cash/Treasuries) or to KMLM/FTLS/UUP when risk rises. Uses RSI “heat,” 200‑day trend, bonds‑vs‑stocks, and inflation filters. Rebalances daily.
NutHow it works
Daily it checks if markets are hot or cold using RSI (a 0–100 “heat” meter; >~70 = hot, <~30 = cold) and if the long‑term trend (SPY 200‑day) is up or down. In uptrends it buys fast‑moving tech funds (e.g., TQQQ/TECL/SOXL), often after pullbacks. If things look overheated or weak, it flips to defense: volatility funds (UVIX/UVXY), inverse tech (SQQQ/TECS), cash/T‑bills, or Treasuries. When tech lags, it rotates to diversifiers like KMLM (managed futures), FTLS (long/short), and UUP (US dollar). Very active; high risk.
CheckmarkValue prop
Regime-aware strategy that chases tech uptrends with leverage and hops to hedges as risk rises. Out-of-sample annualized return ~48% vs SPY ~20%; Calmar ~2.08—strong upside with built-in risk controls.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
