An ultra‑aggressive, rapid‑switch strategy that flips between shorting volatility (SVIX), buying volatility spikes (UVXY/UVIX), and buying 3× tech/S&P dips, with circuit breakers to cash‑like or defensive funds and KMLM as a crisis‑trend diversifier.

Ultra‑aggressive, short‑term switcher. It watches RSI (0–100 speedometer of recent moves). If very hot, it buys fear (UVXY/UVIX—rise when volatility jumps). If very cold, it buys fast rebounders (TECL/SOXL/UPRO = 3× tech/semis/S&P). In calm uptrends it sells fear (SVIX). Circuit breakers can park in T‑Bills (BIL/SHY), mid‑term VIX (VIXM), or low‑beta (BTAL). KMLM = managed‑futures diversifier used when futures trends beat stocks. Big tilt to tech/semis.
