It watches a short‑term “heat” score (RSI, 0–100). Very hot (>~80) → buy VIX‑linked hedges; very cold (<~30) → buy 3x tech/semis for rebounds. In between, it checks if tech’s heat beats KMLM (a trend‑following fund that can do well in selloffs). If tech > KMLM: go long (TQQQ/TECL/SOXL). If not: use inverse tech or cash/T‑Bills. It scales into volatility on spikes.
