First check trend: if the S&P 500 (SPY) is above its 200‑day average, take risk; if below, hold what’s stronger of SQQQ (3x short Nasdaq) or EDV (long Treasuries). In risk‑on, it uses QLD/TQQQ (2x/3x Nasdaq) and RSI (0–100 heat gauge; >80 hot, <30 cold): if too hot, park in UVXY (volatility) or TMF (3x Treasuries); if washed‑out, buy TQQQ/TECL (3x tech). Otherwise flip TQQQ/SQQQ on short swings, or hold the weakest big tech (AAPL, MSFT, AMZN, TSLA, NVDA, AMD, TSM). Rebalanced daily.
