About

Keep ~85% in T‑bills. Actively rotate the other ~15% daily using trend and “heat” gauges: ride TQQQ in uptrends; if overheated, flip to UVXY; in downtrends, buy deep dips (TECL/UPRO) or defend with SQQQ/TLT. Main exposure is big U.S. tech.
NutHow it works
Barbell: ~85% in BIL (T‑bills). The other ~15% holds one fund at a time and rebalances daily. • If SPY is above its 200‑day avg (uptrend): hold TQQQ (3× Nasdaq—big U.S. tech) unless it’s very “hot” (RSI>~80), then switch to UVXY (jumps when fear/vol spikes). • If below (downtrend): on very “cold” readings (RSI<~30) buy TECL/UPRO for bounces; else pick SQQQ (3× inverse Nasdaq) or TLT (Treasuries) by who’s stronger; sometimes TQQQ if short‑term trend firms. RSI = 0–100 heat meter.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample Sharpe ~1.55 vs SPY ~1.06; drawdown ~8% vs ~19%; Calmar ~1.88. Core ~85% in Treasuries lowers risk; tactical sleeve targets tech uptrends with hedges—delivering stronger risk-adjusted returns than the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
