A mostly cash strategy with a small, high-risk trading sleeve that tries to ride tech rallies, step aside when markets look overheated, and sometimes bet against stocks or hide in bonds.

Most of the money stays in very short-term Treasury bills (BIL). A small slice makes aggressive bets using leveraged funds. First it asks: is the U.S. stock market in a healthy long-term uptrend (SPY above its 200-day average)? If yes, it usually buys TQQQ, a turbocharged bet on big tech, unless the market looks overheated—then it briefly switches to UVXY, a bet on market fear. If the market is not in a healthy uptrend, it uses short-term “too hot / too cold” signals to choose among TQQQ, SQQQ (a bet against the Nasdaq), TECL, UPRO, or TLT (long Treasury bonds).

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
