About

Times trades between aggressive tech ETFs and defensive hedges using simple trend and hot/cold signals. Risk‑on: mostly TQQQ; extreme heat: UVXY. Risk‑off: buy dips (TECL/SPYU), else TQQQ on short‑term strength, else TLT or SQQQ.
NutHow it works
1) Trend: Is TQQQ (3x NASDAQ‑100) above its 200‑day average? If yes, own TQQQ — except when QQQ is extremely hot on a 10‑day heat score (RSI>80); then switch to UVXY (volatility). 2) Else: buy sharp dips when that score is very low (RSI<31): first TECL (3x Tech), else SPYU (levered S&P 500). If no dip, hold TQQQ when above its 20‑day average; otherwise pick the stronger of TLT (long Treasuries) or SQQQ (3x inverse NASDAQ‑100). RSI = a quick up‑vs‑down day meter.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: annualized return ~124% vs ~20% for the S&P, Sharpe ~1.53 vs ~1.14, Calmar ~3.52. Tech‑driven, regime-based signals deliver stronger risk-adjusted growth; drawdowns can reach ~35%.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
