About

An aggressive, switch‑fast strategy that rotates among 3x tech/semis, Treasuries, gold, and VIX hedges. It uses simple “heat” and trend checks (RSI, moving averages, recent drops) to buy dips, sell rips, and go risk‑off quickly. Very high risk.
NutHow it works
Daily, it checks market “heat” using simple tests: RSI (a 0–100 hot/cold score), recent drops, and trend vs moving averages. If overheated or shaky, it buys crash helmets (volatility or inverse funds). If calm and trending up, it buys leveraged tech/semis. If defensive, it parks in T‑Bills/Treasuries or Gold.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample annualized return ~62.6% vs S&P 23.1%; Calmar ~1.49 signals strong risk-adjusted gains. Higher drawdown (~42%) is the price for potentially greater long-run growth via rapid hedging and regime-rotations.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
