This strategy is a fast-moving market timer. It checks whether stocks—especially tech—look strong, weak, overheated, or panicky using recent price behavior. If conditions look healthy, it often buys aggressive funds tied to tech, semiconductors, or high-growth stocks. If things look too hot or dangerous, it can switch into crash bets, bearish funds, short-term Treasuries, bonds, gold, or dollar-like holdings.
