This strategy checks the market every day. If stocks—especially tech—look too hot after a fast run-up, it usually moves to BIL, a very short-term Treasury-bill fund that acts like a parking spot for cash. If markets look healthy or beaten down, it buys aggressive funds tied to tech, semiconductors, or the S&P 500. In rough markets, it can switch to defensive or bearish funds, plus hedges like gold, bonds, or KMLM.

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
