About

A high‑octane, tactical system: it keeps ~50% in cash and rapidly switches the rest among 3x bull/bear ETFs on semiconductors, the S&P 500, or the Nasdaq—and sometimes VIX funds—using simple overbought/oversold and trend checks.
NutHow it works
It usually puts only about half your money to work. First it asks: are semiconductors (SOXX) stronger than cash/T‑bills (BIL)? If yes, it buys semis (SOXL) unless the S&P 500 looks overheated (RSI>75), then it buys a VIX fund (UVXY/VIXY) that tends to rise when markets get jumpy. If cash beats semis, it flips among 3x bull/bear funds on semis (SOXL/SOXS), the S&P 500 (UPRO/SPXU), or the Nasdaq (TQQQ/SQQQ) using quick checks: RSI (a 0–100 “speedometer” of recent gains) and short moving averages (trend). High risk.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample return ~66.9%/yr vs S&P ~21.8%; Calmar ~1.06. A disciplined, rule-based rotation among semis, S&P, Nasdaq and volatility with ~50% cash. Higher upside with risk control—though larger drawdowns can occur.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
