A high-risk trading strategy that rapidly switches between bullish and bearish leveraged bets on chip stocks, the S&P 500, the Nasdaq, and market volatility based on very short-term market signals.
NutHow it works
This strategy makes very short-term bets based on whether chip stocks look stronger than safe Treasury bills. If chip stocks look strong, it usually buys a leveraged semiconductor fund (SOXL). If the broad market looks too overheated, it instead buys a volatility fund that can rise when fear spikes. If chip stocks look weak or too stretched, it flips into bearish semiconductor funds or leveraged bets on the S&P 500 or Nasdaq going up or down.
