An aggressive multi-bucket strategy that chases whichever area looks strongest—US stocks, tech, commodities, bonds, or hedges—while using fear gauges and trend checks to turn defensive in rough markets.
NutHow it works
This strategy splits money into 4 “buckets” that each follow their own rule set. First, most buckets check a market-fear gauge (VIXM). If fear is very high, they move into SPXU, a fund that rises when the S&P 500 falls. If panic is not high, the buckets rotate among what has been strongest lately or over longer periods: US stocks (SPY/QQQ), leveraged stock funds (UPRO/TQQQ), commodities (DBC, gold, oil, grains), international stocks, bonds, or cash-like funds. It also buys dips after sharp selloffs and shifts defensive when trends weaken.

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
