About

Daily tactical plan: buy 3× tech on deep tech pullbacks, 3× inverse tech on extreme tech heat; else, after sharp market drops, hide in the U.S. dollar or commodities; otherwise rotate into two laggards among UnitedHealth, Costco, and Walmart.
NutHow it works
Each day it follows a simple order: 1) If large‑cap tech looks very washed‑out over ~2 weeks, buy a 3× tech fund (TECL). 2) If tech looks extremely overheated, buy a 3× inverse tech fund (TECS). 3) Otherwise, if the S&P 500 just fell >3% in 3 days, move to safety: hold a U.S. dollar fund if the dollar is trending up, else hold a broad commodities fund (DBC). 4) If none of the above, split money equally between the two weakest of UnitedHealth, Costco, and Walmart.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample: ~42% annualized return vs SPY ~19%, positive alpha, Calmar ~1.23. Expect higher upside with tech momentum bets and risk-off hedges; note larger drawdowns (~34%) in stress. Sharper path to gains than SPY.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
