Stocks: in uptrends, ride TQQQ (3× Nasdaq‑100). If it gets too hot or spikes, park in BIL (T‑bills) or hedge with SQQQ (3× inverse). In downtrends, buy only deep dips; else hedge/use Treasuries. Bonds: own TMF (3× long 20+yr Treasuries) when rising and not hot; else short via TMV (3× inverse) or rotate to defensive picks.
