About

Rules-based buy‑the‑dip bot focused on leveraged tech/semis. Scales in on 10‑day drops (−3% to −15%), waits for small rebounds to add, and shifts to cash (BIL), gold (UGL), or inverse ETFs (SH/PSQ) when RSI, bond, or volatility signals turn risky. Daily.
NutHow it works
Core idea: buy the dip in growth with a safety‑net. It buys TQQQ (3x Nasdaq) when short‑term momentum turns up, then adds in 5 steps if the last 10 days fell about −3/−6/−9/−12/−15%, but only after a ~+2.1% bounce. Uses RSI (speed of recent up vs down moves, 0–100) on SPY/semis to choose offense (SOXL/TECL) or defense (cash‑like BIL, gold UGL, or inverse SH/PSQ). Bonds (IEI/SHY vs SPHB) and volatility (UVXY) act as risk switches. Rebalanced daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample annualized return ~30% vs ~21% SPY, with hedges and staged buys; Calmar ~1.24 signals strong risk-adjusted gains despite higher drawdowns, offering bigger upside than the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
