The Global X S&P 500 ESG Covered Call ETF (XYLE) seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Cboe S&P 500 ESG BuyWrite Index. XYLE writes call options on the S&P 500 ESG Index, saving investors the time and potential expense of doing so individually. In writing covered calls on the S&P 500 ESG Index, XYLE purchases S&P 500 stocks that are screened for Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria by S&P Dow Jones Indices.
