What is SNPD?
The fund, using a "passive" or indexing investment approach, seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Underlying Index. As discussed in greater detail below, the Underlying Index is designed to measure the performance of constituents from the S&P High Yield Dividend Aristocrats Index that meet certain environmental, social and governance ("ESG") criteria.The S&P High Yield Dividend Aristocrats Index measures the performance of companies within the S&P Composite 1500 Index that have followed a policy of consistently increasing dividends every year for at least 20 years.
