What is QSPT?

The investment objective of the FT Cboe Vest Nasdaq-100 BufferETF - September (the "Fund") is to seek to provide investors with returns that match the price return of the Invesco QQQ Trust SM, Series 1 (the "Underlying ETF"), up to a predetermined upside cap of 13.65% (before fees, expenses and taxes) and 12.75% (after fees and expenses, excluding brokerage commissions, trading fees, taxes and extraordinary expenses not included in the Funds management fee), while providing a buffer against the first 10% (before fees, expenses and taxes) of Underlying ETF losses, over the period from September 20, 2021 through September 16, 2022. Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest substantially all of its assets in FLexible EXchange Options ("FLEX Options") that reference the price performance of the Underlying ETF.
