The Invesco Global ex-US High Yield Corporate Bond ETF (Fund) is based on the ICE USD Global High Yield Excluding US Issuers Constrained Index (Index). The Fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the components that comprise the Index, all of which are denominated in US dollars. The Index is composed of U.S. dollar denominated below investment grade corporate debt publicly issued in the U.S. domestic and eurobond markets by non-U.S. issuers.
