What is MPRO?

The Monarch ProCap ETF (the Fund ) seeks to replicate investment results that generally correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Kingsview ProCap Index (the Index ). The Kingsview ProCap Index consists of fixed income and equity allocations that provide broad exposure to the U.S. and global bond markets and to the S&P Global Industry Classification Standard ( GICS ) sectors. The fixed income and equity allocations in the index vary dynamically, but in aggregate represent at least 90% of the Index. The Index may have up to 10% exposure to alternatives including currencies and commodities.
