The iShares iBonds Dec 2023 Corporate ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. dollar-denominated, investment-grade corporate bonds maturing in 2023. Exposure to investment grade corporate bonds that mature between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023. Combine the defined maturity and regular income distribution characteristics of a bond with the transparency and tradability of a stock.
