The IQ Healthy Hearts ETF (HART) tracks the IQ Candriam Healthy Hearts Index. he UnderlyingIndex incorporates thematic selection criteria designed to provideexposure to equity securities of companies that are making a positivecontribution to global health-related goals, such as by providing solutionsfor monitoring and curing heart diseases or helping people adopt ahealthy lifestyle that limits cardiovascular risks. As of December 31, 2020, theprimary sectors within the Underlying Index are health care, consumerstaples and technology. The Underlying Index includes securities of large-,mid- and small-capitalization companies that trade in the U.S. and foreignmarkets, including emerging markets other than China, Egypt, India,Kuwait, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. As ofDecember 31, 2020, the market capitalization range of the UnderlyingIndex was approximately $1.14 billion to $2.25 trillion. The initial universe forthe Underlying Index consists of the constituents of a third-party indexdesigned to track the performance of the investable universe coveringapproximately the largest 99% of the free-float market capitalization in theglobal markets.
