What is FRTY?

Alger Mid Cap 40 ETF primarily invests in a focused portfolio of approximately 40 holdings of mid cap companies identified through our fundamental research as demonstrating promising growth potential. The Fund will not invest more than 25% of its total assets in any one industry comprising the information technology and healthcare sectors. As a focus fund, the Fund intends to invest a substantial portion of its assets in a smaller number of issuers. The Fund is a non-diversified and non-transparent, actively managed exchange-traded fund ( ETF ) that does not seek to replicate the performance of a specified index.
