What is EUSA?
The iShares MSCI USA Equal Weighted ETF seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of equal weighted U.S. equities. The Fund seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI USA EqualWeighted Index (the Underlying Index ), which represents an alternativeweighting scheme to its market capitalization weighted parent index, the MSCIUSA Index (the Parent Index ), which is designed to measure the performanceof equity securities in the top 85% by market capitalization of equity securitieslisted on stock exchanges in the United States. The Underlying Index generallyapplies equal weights to the constituents of the Parent Index. The UnderlyingIndex may include large-, mid- or small-capitalization companies, andcomponents primarily include consumer discretionary, financials andinformation technology companies. The components of the Underlying Index,and the degree to which these components represent certain industries, maychange over time.
