The Veridien Climate Action ETF seeks long-term growth of capital by investing in public companies with technologies and business models that contribute to climate change mitigation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in equity securities of U.S. and foreign companies, whose activities, business models or products make a substantial contribution to mitigating climate change. The Fund may invest in equity securities (including ADRs) only if they are listed on U.S. exchanges.
