What is PBSM?

The Invesco PureBeta, MSCI USA Small Cap ETF (the "fund") is based on the MSCI USA Small Cap Index (the "index"). The fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the index. The index measures the performance of the small-capitalization segment of the US equity market and weights securities by their free float-adjusted market capitalization. The fund and the index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly on the last business day of February, May, August and November.
